Founded in October 2006 by Dr. Lesly Jules, CSL-Consulting is a Training and Consulting firm (Patented # 1,306,038, DGI) that aims at providing practical capacity building support to corporate leaders.  

Our Mission is to walk alongside executives by making available to them a personalized support that meets their needs for personal efficacy and organizational effectiveness.

CSL is organized around a team of experienced professionals dedicated to the coaching business. Our coaches have an average of 15 years of experience and they have at least a masters’ degree in their fields. Specific studies, training, coaching & mentoring, technical assistance, advisory services and on site guidance are conducted by a core group of CSL’s Consultants specialized in Economics, Management, Finance and Accounting, Marketing and Sales. CSL will sub-contract them in accordance with procedures acceptable to its partners.
