CSL-Consulting’s Business Development Services (BDS) aims at equipping business leaders with tools that guarantee their effectiveness in all the spheres of their organization through technical assistance leading to continual improvement of quality and competitiveness of Small & Medium Enterprises (SME).
The goal of CSL is to contribute to the development and competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in value chains with potential for growth. Evidence abounds that many SMEs, especially those operating in Haiti, are constrained by factors such as levels of education, poor management, weak marketing skills, inadequate technical know-how, limited access to markets, lack of information, and unreliable infrastructure. CSL’s activities aim at addressing these constraints through training, consulting and market intelligence.
CSL will develop strategic partnership with key local institutions that provide financial services according to agreed upon procedures. The goal is to link those entrepreneurs with local financial institutions and establish an environment of confidence for future transactions between the financial institutions and the businesses.
