Leadership development is best understood when considered within an organizational setting. The organization allows one to capture better the essence of the strengths to validate and the areas of improvement. CSL assist leaders toward personal development and organizational effectiveness so that at all level of the organization they are capable of provoking and sustaining real and profitable changes through their management practice and their leadership approach.

Change in the organization is the result of interpretation of environmental events, past organizational actions, the influence of the key decision-makers, and the advocacy position of coalitions within the firm. Organizations can change to the better when they are skilled at observing and learning from their past and present context. The mastering of their future depends on such skills. CSL's purpose is to accompany you and your organization to secure those skills through an effective learning process that requires of leaders to act differently. 

If leaders do not alter their values, the structural changes will have limited results. A corrective action to an organizational (or personal) problem that doesn't attack the values that permitted the problem to occur at the first place is only an act of sprinkling with much chance of repetition of the same problem.

It is necessary that propositions, to change values, exhibit implementable validity. It is very useful to know where to begin and what are the feasible steps necessary to implement a solution in order to improve the quality of an action. CSL has developed the capacity to deliver a coaching or propositions where participants are lead to assess by and for themselves what are exactly the actions that need to be implemented toward a specific expected result. It is not just learning how to ''do stuff'' or to perform activities, but learning in order to know, to be and to behave differently. It is said: "What got you here will not get you there". It is CSL's mission to equip you so that you get there and lead.
